Brand new last year and still stirring up lots of excitement is the Tree Tops Canopy Tour, operated out of the /Mountain River Tours/Riverman/Class VI rafting conglomerate, now known as Adventures on the Gorge. This state-of-the-art attraction was designed and build by Bonsai Design Incorporated, a leader in this new field.  The tour consists of 10 zip lines, 5 skybridges and a series of circular platforms floating up to 85' above the forest floor. The course zig-zags across the beautiful Mill Creek Gorge in a lovely, peaceful, untouched chunk of forest.  Built in an entirely sustainable, eco-friendly way, the tour emphasizes interpretation including info on the trees, birds, and forest ecology.  A bunch of us have taken the tour and think it is well-worth the price.  We welcome such a top notch, well thought out attraction to our area.

 New for Fall 10:  Adventures on the Gorge is now offering another zip line tour.  Geared for adrenaline junkies these zips are longer and much faster.  This is a different animal altogether!
